Customer agrees to purchase 3 continual months of partner membership beginning today and running for a period of twelve months unless cancelled in writing 30 days prior to the third month. The cost per month is $300 and all payments are reoccurring each month on the same day as purchase. Failure to remit payment by or before due date, may result in partnership cancellation and EARLY TERMINATION FEE WILL APPLY. This agreement may be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice and the Early Termination Fee Will Apply. THE EARLY TERMINATION FEE IS $250 NO EXCEPTIONS!

DIY Consulting, LLC does not guarantee results.  A setup charge of $99 is included in your first month of $399. The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern the agreement. Any case of action or proceeding arising out of or otherwise related to this agreement shall have exclusive venue in Christian County Missouri. DIY Consulting, LLC reserves the right of final acceptance of this agreement, and of all promotional copy submitted for promotion. The full extent of DIY Consulting, LLC liability for errors posted on DIY Consulting Website shall not exceed the final cost of the monthly partnership fees.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I hereby authorize DIY Consulting, LLC to debit the above described card, prior to membership due date each month, in the amount of $300 for partnership dues for DIY Consulting Services. I understand that if payment is not approved, my membership may be cancelled and the early termination fee of $250 will apply. DIY Consulting, LLC may charge my card for the early termination fee along with any outstanding balance that is owed.
